Key Features:
Long & Slender Grains: Each grain elongates up to 2-3 times when cooked, ensuring a fluffy and non-sticky texture.
Distinct Aroma & Flavor: Naturally fragrant with a nutty taste that enhances any meal.
Golden Sella Parboiled: The parboiling process locks in nutrients, giving the rice a golden glow and a slightly firmer bite.
Versatile Usage: Ideal for traditional Indian, Middle Eastern, and international cuisines, especially biryanis, fried rice, and pilafs.
100% Pure Basmati: Authentic, high-quality rice with no artificial additives or preservatives.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the Rice:
Wash the rice in cold water 2-3 times until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch and prevents stickiness.
2. Soak (Optional but Recommended):
Soak the rice in water for 15-30 minutes for better texture. Drain before cooking.
3. Cooking Methods:
A. Stovetop Method:
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp oil/ghee (optional) and salt to taste.
Add the drained rice and stir once.
Cover with a tight lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
B. Rice Cooker Method:
Add 1 cup rice and 2 cups water to the rice cooker.
Add salt and oil/ghee if desired.
Close the lid and cook on the white rice setting.
Once done, let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing.
C. Absorption Method (Like Traditional Basmati):
Use 1.5 cups water per 1 cup rice.
Bring water to a boil, add rice, then cover and simmer on low for 12-15 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips for Perfect Rice:
Water Ratio: Adjust slightly (1:2 for firmer rice, 1:1.75 for softer).
Resting Time: Essential for fluffy grains.
Avoid Over-Stirring: Prevents breakage.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and strong odors to preserve freshness.
