Cooking Instructions
Rinse: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Ratio: Use a 1:2 ratio of rice to water (e.g., 1 cup rice to 2 cups water).
Cook:
Stovetop: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35–40 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Rice Cooker: Use the “brown rice” setting if available.
Rest: Let it sit covered for 5–10 minutes after cooking, then fluff with a fork.
