Usage Instructions:
Stovetop Method:
Mix 1 cup of Fufu Matoke powder with 1.5 cups of cold water to form a paste.
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Gradually whisk in the paste, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thick and stretchy.
Knead lightly with a wooden spatula until smooth. Serve warm.
Microwave Method:
Combine 1 cup powder with 2 cups warm water in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, then heat for another 2 minutes until desired consistency.
