Usage Instructions:
AFROASE Gari White can be prepared in multiple ways:

As a Cereal (Gari Soakings):

Add 3–4 tablespoons of Gari into a bowl.

Pour cold water (or milk) to desired consistency.

Sweeten with sugar, honey, or condensed milk (optional).

Add peanuts, coconut, or fruits for extra flavor.

Stir well and enjoy!

For Cooking (Eba):

Boil water and allow it to sit for 1 minute.

Gradually add Gari while stirring continuously until a smooth, dough-like consistency is achieved.

Mold into a soft, firm dough and serve with soups or stews (e.g., Egusi, Okro, or Afang).

As a Snack (Gari Foto):

Fry onions, tomatoes, and peppers in oil.

Add soaked Gari and stir-fry for a quick, tasty meal.
