Description

EFP Goat Meat is a premium, lean, and tender meat sourced from ethically raised goats. Known for its rich flavor and versatility, goat meat is a popular choice in various cuisines worldwide. It is high in protein, low in fat, and packed with essential nutrients, making it a healthy alternative to beef, lamb, or pork. EFP Goat Meat is carefully processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to preserve freshness and quality.

How to Cook:
Goat meat can be prepared in multiple ways, including grilling, stewing, roasting, or currying. Here’s a simple method for tender and flavorful goat meat:

Basic Stewed Goat Meat Recipe
Ingredients:

1 kg EFP Goat Meat (cut into pieces)

2 tbsp oil

1 onion (chopped)

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tbsp ginger (grated)

2 tomatoes (diced)

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric

Salt & pepper to taste

2 cups water or broth

Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or cilantro)

Instructions:

Marinate (Optional): For extra tenderness, marinate goat meat with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for 2+ hours.

Sear the Meat: Heat oil in a pot, brown goat meat on all sides, then set aside.

Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add Spices & Tomatoes: Stir in spices, tomatoes, and cook until soft.

Simmer: Return meat to the pot, add water/broth, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1.5–2.5 hours (until tender).

Finish: Adjust seasoning, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with rice, bread, or vegetables.

Alternative Cooking Methods:

Grilling: Marinate with lemon, herbs, and spices, then grill over medium heat.

Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 6–8 hours for fall-off-the-bone tenderness.

Nutritional Benefits:
Goat meat is a nutrient-dense protein source with several health advantages:
